Suprising to say the least.

Anyone with a bit of managerial basics can do the job at swansea, they are just suffering still from relying on gomes over bony. I think if Monk does go then that will be his (or the owners) fatal flaw, gomes was never in the same league as Bony so they lost that edge they had prior to selling him.

ITs a shame because i like swansea, some decent players signed and can be quite good on their day

Not the worst opinion i've heard to be honest. Or at least have a window. You can't go around changing players willy nilly all the way through the season, so why should it be allowed for managers? You can be allowed to change the staff etc. like you could substitute a player if necessary.

The amount of swansea fans i've seen asking for monk to be sacked and having hissy fits about everything has been appalling. You can tell they've only been following them for 5 years max if they think this season is hard to watch etc. I don't think monk is a great manager or anything like, but he's done nothing to deserve sacking. This FIFA generation of fans is laughable to say the elast.

That's a really good idea.

Might get a bit tricky on the hiring side though. Say you sack someone in summer but cannot find a replacement, what do you do? I think you'd have to allow clubs to actively approach existing managers under contract, and if you take them from another club, you get the deduction and they don't. It would get quite confusing, but I do quite like the concept of it.
