manager comments - should there be harsher penalties?

Every club does it..who doesn't get aggrieved at getting the short end of the stick? At best Rodgers has made sure that Liverpool don't get Lee Mason as a ref for their games in the forseeable future
Personally I think it's disgusting that someone like Rodgers can use his position to stop another person from doing his job.

Thing is, the worst decision of that City game was made by the linesman, not the referee, so Rodgers looks like even more of a prick complaining about him.

I think it should be touch line bans for any ****ging off of the officials, 1 game first offence, 2 for the second and so on. Imagine if they did this when Ferguson was still in charge of United he'd never be on the bench.

how about not allowing the manager in the stadium? in fact he should be locked in a soundproof, mobile phone signal proof box, he can have a jigsaw and an apple to keep him busy

Well, the Liverpool jigsaw is only missing the final piece, so I've heard. Too bad it's only a two-piece puzzle.

both rogers and moyes been in trouble this week, with stupid comments they have made about referrees, however all they will get is a fine and a touchline ban(which does s0d all) however a player getting banned has a genuine effect on the team.

should there be harsher penalty? the most obvious one to me would be a points deduction?

otherwise, this is just going to keep happening and the FA will look silly
What do you mean by 'will'?
