Lukaku has been 'treated' to Carrick and now Giggs telling the world via the newspapers that the pressure at Utd is more than he's ever experienced. Do these pillocks not understand that their constant outpourings to the papers generates this pressure, or is this just part of the generated mystique that they wish to grow. Utd is just another side, rich it must be said, but they finished 6th having finished 5th, 4th and 7th the seasons before. Fergie has gone, they are back to where they were before he arrived. This constant bleating and self serving crap about how big they are and the pressure cuts no ice with me. They are just one of the top 6 or 7 clubs, nothing more........

After 20 years of winning everything I would hope so, but 6,5,4,7, over the last four years is not Barcelona or PSG or Bayern Munich......times and cycles move on, they just haven't realised it yet.......

Nothing wrong with ambition, but right now they're a second tier top club. It's a "what have you done lately" business. Sure, they're winning domestic cups, but they're not threatening the title or making serious dents in the Champions League, and haven't for years.

Hence why they aren't attracting top tier talent and instead having to overspend in the tiers below with the likes of Lukaku.

Oh, and I class no club currently in the Premier League as an elite club. That's Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

United are in Division 3 right now.

No, he wanted to be in the CL, which Utd scraped into due to a rule change, he wants to win the league which he won't, when he comes 7th next year he will wonder why he moved or why he chose Utd......

I don't care what Giggs or Carrick think about Manchester United. I know what I think so that does me fine.

We need to start beating them regularly again and let them worry about that sort of pressure.
