Hmm. Would you rather be wrongly or rightly convicted if it mean the same sentence?
Personally wrongly. 30 years would be hard enough without having murdering someone on your conscience.

An American man called Glenn Ford has been released from prison after spending 30 years on Death Row in Louisiana for murder. He is supposed to have killed a jewellery store owner that he had done handy man jobs for on occasion.
He was sentenced to death in 1984 despite there being no murder weapon and no eyewitnesses. He was largely convicted on the evidence of one woman who admitted that she had lied in her statement. She was also the girlfriend of another suspect.
He was given two inexperienced lawyers by the state who had never done a murder case and never gone in front of a jury. The handpicked jury also happened to be all-white (Ford is black). He has been released following a confidential informant coming forward last year implicating someone else in the crime.
There is loads more stuff from the case that stinks as well. The mind absolutely boggles at stuff like this. 30 years on death row without so much as a scrap of evidence. Oh, and because of state law the most he can get in compensation is $250,000!
