What did he say, and when?

I think it was a few weeks ago and he basically said it felt kinda good to have won some medals to show the Everton fans who said he moved only for money.

Perfectly acceptable reasonable comments really.

Either that or he actually meant that all Everton fans are pathetic scummy obsessive drugged up gypo scum, or something.

So City were really only fined 17M as the rest of the fine is suspended. Can they claim that back in tax as lost revenue?

Yeh, he must be really proud of himself over the handful of games he actually played in winning trophies. In years to come when past City sides are being remembered for all their success few, if any, will recall Lescott as being a part of it. And isn't that what a player ideally really wants -- to be remembered as part of a successful side?

He played 31 times in the league when they won it in 2012.

"Even Man City and UEFA agree to a sanction that includes a heavy fine or curbs on their ability to field new players, that may not be the end of the matter. Indeed, built into Uefa's FFP regulations is the power for any innocent club directly affected by a sanction to challenge it if they deem it too lenient. If any of the clubs are unhappy with a sanction, or a decision to clear City, they have 10 days from the publication of the CFCB's decision to lodge a complaint."

... well, the news now all over the place and are suggesting Man City failed with FFP rules and will get almost no meaningful punishment. Do you think we should challenge their decision and try to get our club into the Champions League with a legal war?
I am sorry.
I am an Everton fan through and through. I think raising an appeal like this lacks class. We are the classiest club and supporters in the world UMHO.
If we ho scrabbling at the door of th CL by rubbishing citeh we have no more class than a school snitch.
Lets is be everton
let us earn CL through our performance NOT through the back door. COYB I LOVE YOU
