On a serious note - I can't see how this would be effective immediately before sex, because stopping sperm production would do nothing about the millions of sperm temporarily stored elsewhere in the vas deferens just waiting for the big swim event. There would have to be a time period that would allow for these chaps to be naturally flushed from the system. I don't know but I'd guess it would have to be a few days at least.
Subsequent reading on the device shows it takes two weeks to be effective and lasts for 2 months. So to be safe, I'd assume retreat every 6 weeks.
