Impossible to say what implications this has for Manchester United. Ultimately the club is 90 % owned by a Delaware Company Red Football LLC - the ownership of which is impossible to determine although it is assumed that the Glazer family wholly own the shares in this Company, the other 10% is owned by investors in the NYSE listed shares, just over half of which are owned by an investment group Baron Capital.
