Can't complain with that...could probably get rid of a couple of more.
But the reality is he won't, and it will take a couple of Summer transfer windows unfortunately.

yeah can't really be shipping out and bringing in 10 new players haha agree though that we have alot of deadwood
 
Another piece in which some lazy journalist trawled the pages of GOT and other Everton forums to cobble together an article.

Pathetic stuff......even if it is all true.
 

Howard, Hibbert, Pienaar, Distin, McGeady, Barry, Alcaraz - and send Atsu packing (probably Lennon at the asking price as well).

Only Pienaar - if he ever recovers his fitness - is worthy of a place in the squad.

Robles (or better), Coleman, Jags, Stones, Baines, Mirallas (if staying), Naismith, Barkley, Gibson, Osman (for now), McCarthy, Besic, Kone (maybe), Lukaku, Oviedo (perhaps), Garbutt, Pienaar (maybe), 3-4 good signings and a few younger players.
 
I agree with all of them and would add Kone.
I also don't think Atsu or Lennon are ideal long term and need replacing.
He also needs to look at the under 21s and make some decisions, can't just keep loaning them out forever.
I expect Mirallas will leave and I'd be tempted to cash in on Baines while he still has value as we have Garbutt and Oviedo as cover there.
Think Stones, Garbutt and Browning will become 1st team regulars next season. Will need to find quality wide men with a bit of pace.

Agree with Kone...and anyway need another striker who can actually score a goal. At best Kone is 3rd choice until his contract runs out if we can't get rid of. But we all know this won't happen.
Atsu, Lennon and McGeady out for Deulofeu and and another winger. We cant be giving any of those 3 a contract.
Browning a regular next season? Based after 1 game? We need a CB. A good one.
Damn we have a lot of work to do with the squad....

If all we needed was pace we've got it in spades - McGeady, Lennon etc have pace just no deception - Mirallas hasn't any great pace but can do something with the ball - sadly the same can't be said of H-aiden What-Now and his mates

Not just after 1game. Seen a bit of Browning in under 21s, looks big, strong, quick. And he can't be too young, he's the same age as Stones.
