Player Valuation: £225k
Hello Fellow toffees I was browsing around today and couldnt find jack on our loanees
So i did the natural thing and signed up for a forum and asked a few questions these ones in fact
1. How is luke Garbutt going for you guys?

2. D you rate him as a good prospect and do you think he could cut it in the prem?

3. what are his strenghts as a player?

4. Do you guys rate the young kids we brought of you?

And the replys have being tremendous!

He is absolutely diabolical and I think you should get rid of him, perhaps just leave him here. b)b)

I like Garbutt but in reality he is not ready for the Prem yet and I am not sure he has enough to be ever. I do see him being a good league one possibly Championship level player though. I must say he has excelled for us at this level and improved our defence hugely, do you see any option for him to remain on loan for the rest of the season?

rate him highly. I think he'll be ready for the Prem in a couple of years, maybe leave him with us as we rise into League 1 and the Championship and then he'll be ready for you guys in 2014
As for strengths I'm not sure he excels in any one particular area but is pretty strong all around. He's set up a few goals from crosses as he's got forward down the wing but generally have thought his set pieces have been a little disappointing as when he arrived we were told he had a good free kick on him. Most seem to end up over the bar.

As for the brothers Duffus, never saw them play so can't comment

He doesn't stand out, just goes about doing his job in a professional manner..... The sign of a very good full back.
We don't really notice him when he's playing..... But we seriously miss him when he isn't!!!

Ive seen Garbutt six or seven times and hes always impressed me.

I think in style hes similar to Baines likes to get forward and has very good delivery from the left side.

Its very difficult to say how far he will progress, defenders do not hit their best form untill mid 20s at least so a long way to go but the signs are very good.

Two assists for Luke Garbutt today, as he had an really impressive game for Cheltenham Town as they beat Aldershot 2-0 today.
