What's weird to me is why Lukaku and Pogba (and separately Dele Alli) all choose to go to LA for holiday. There are so many better places than LA.

He joined United, and it all went away for a small fine - those two events are probably not connected.
If I have the timing correct, this was the "arrest" over the noise complaint in LA?
I don't think anything happened, just a fine and I don't think anything else more should. Lukaku can be an annoyance at times, but a guy in his early twenties playing music too loud or having a party is harmless. Much worse in this world.
