Biting is a learnt behaviour he's obviously picked up as a youngster. This and the racism incident have been blown out of proportion, a lot of it is to do with his upbringing and culture...not that I excuse either incident...but it's been more of a witch hunt than a way of helping Luis.

Couldn't right that sh*t

I was talking to a RS mate in the pub, who is normally reasonable. However I got the full list of, what about Defoe, he didn't draw blood, not as bad as a tackle etc etc etc. All the while he was getting redder and redder in the face. Another mate ( rugby fan) sat watching him in total disbelief. I explained about the cult effect and he nodded in agreement.........poor souls......

Ino mate one of my KOPITe mates said why did Suarez get ten games for biting someone when tackles like that Wigan players against Newcastle go unpunished with the usual I'd rather be bitten than a high tackle bullcrap
But I'm pretty sure tackling is part of football sometimes they will get them wrong were as biting just isn't why don't they see that

Defoe's incident occured before retrospective FA action came into effect so what's to compare?
