I'm wondering if it's a heart murmur. It's odd to me that murmurs go undetected a lot. I remember John Spencer being detected with one back in the dark days. Also mine was found by my Aunty when I was a kid as she laid her head on my chest while playing, doctors had never noticed it even though I'd had fatigue issues.
