In terms of soccer ability, absolutely. Aus's shining star in Germany 2006. Also played a major role in keeping West Ham up.

But do I rate his altruism.. (if that makes sense).
Not in the slightest.

He'll play for whoever offers him the most money, which means he'll never play for us.

he's a better defender than hibbo. You would think we should be a better option than Sunderland if he wants to win something, but i think he's more insterested in money than trophies.

I have heard that we have approached him. Also apparently his agent has come out and said that he is not a money grabber and that he has already rejected a "phenominal" offer believed to be from Dubai. F
I think we might actually end up with him.
