Nonsense. For the aways and for truly big home games we're at it from the start.
I did mention "home support". The aways are different, we have the best away support in the league!
"For the truly big home games..." is that Man U and the sh*te then? 2 games.... the rest is as I said

If the whole ground where like the Gwladys teams would be
scared to even step on the pitch due to nerves and probs forfit the games
making us win every home game. shame on Park End

Not necessarily. I'm talking about games that really matter, irrespective of the opposition. Unfortunately we don't tend to have many of them...

Solution is easy.

  1. Bulldoze the entire Gwladys Street.
  2. Build again but make it ALL executive boxes and corporate suites.
  3. Try to relocate the Upper Gwladys into Main Stand and then Park End if they settle in.
  4. Put the prices up everywhere else in the ground so the Lower Gwladys are banished to the pubs only
= a boss Goodison atmosphere and more money so we don't have to move ground.

QPR at home when we were cruising at 3-1 up and they decided to boo our captain for keeping possession was the moment I realised our home crowd in particular these days have turned in to a bunch of moaning petulant bell ends.

I hated the games when we were performing poorly and fans got on the players backs, not once have I booed my own team or abused one of our own players and regardless of the scoreline I stay till the end.

However QPR was the one time I felt visibly showing discontent was the right thing to do even though I didn't boo myself, We were 3-0 up and moaning wasn't going to cost us anything.

In football you have to have a winning mentality, you have to be ruthless. Instead We sat back and played purposeless football with meaningless possession leaving us extremely vulnerable to mistakes with only a small likely hood of reward from the endless passing round the back. If Martinez had realised then that, that kind of football was negative and defeatist back then we wouldn't be in this position now.

This is coming from someone who has always been Martinez in. You could argue that the showing of discontent at QPR showed footballing intelligence from Everton fans as we predicted the terrible form that was to come long before anyone else, it's also not a self fulfilling prophecy either as our away form has been even worse.
