Hey

I know this topic has probably been done to death so I apologise in advance!

Going to the Swansea match...haven't been able to get to a game in about 10 years so really looking forward to it...I'm bringing my recently converted 10 year old and a friend with me and we've got tickets in the Lower Bullens, LB5 row N. I asked the lady in the box office for seats that didn't have an obstructed view and was told that these didn't have one. However the more I read online about the views from the Lower Bullens the more worried I am getting!

Has anyone sat in this section and this far back before? Considering ringing the box office to see if i can switch a a different section in the stadium...possibly Upper Bullens. Any advice?

Cheers
Bobby

It's the worst part of the stadium - it'll be like a letterbox. Surely there is somewhere else you can go? Id definitely see what is about. Have you tried the website to see what's available? Restricted view is specifically identified as not blocking the goals, anything else is fair game.

Row N will be quite near the back so you'll almost certainly have a "pillar box" view of the pitch.

Thanks for the replies guys. The problem for the lady in the box office was finding 3 seats together, options were limited.

Do you know if the club has a cancellation policy on purchased seats. Found some on StubHub that would be much better but don't want to buy them unless I can get my money back on the other seats.

Want to make the little man's first visit to Goodison memorable so last thing I want is a <removed in moderation queue - please don't swear> view.

A letter box though ha ha ha

with the way we're going a restricted view might be a better view of the game! As others have said back of the lower bullens or gwladys are not ideal, I remember going once for Fulham, we only go up once or twice a season as live far away, sat at the back row o i think it was, or maybe n, very bad view, anything above crossbar height you could barely see and you didn't get a major feel for the atmosphere.

I remember the Southampton game where we won 1-0 and Kendall resigned. I think the attendance was something like 10,900 and I swear there was just me and my mate and about 5 others in the lower bullens. No obstructed views when no one wanted to sit in there lol £3.50 category C, £4.00 category B and £4.50 category A, good days ;)

Hi bobby. im a SHT Holder in upper bullens and its mainly has obstructions ours included in Row G.id suggest park end if u looking for no obstruction.Unfortunately our ground has never changed.Only way u csn get un.obstructed is row A`s which are like gold dust to get hold of.but if u can get seats upto row g seat numbers example 229- 210 then very limited obstruction. Hope this helps.

The Lower Bullens is one of the most historical stands in world football. It's more than worth the obstructed views
