So for the past 2 or so weeks i wake up every morning with brutal lower back pain, it gets so bad i have to roll out of bed sometimes instead of sitting up :(

After about an hour of being up it completely vanishes and im back to normal with no pain:blink:

I've tried sleeping on a different bed etc but its the same each time, im only 32 and pretty healthy so have no idea why my back is so utterly ****** every morning.

Anyone else ever get/had this ? its the kind of thing id expect an 80 year old to have to deal with not someone my age !

Did you know that you actually grow by about 8mm when you're asleep, and then return to normal height by the time you wake up? Fact.

That doesn't really help you but I thought I'd let you know.

Cartilerge in your spine, right? Compress during the day and then return to taut during the night.

I suffer from it mate, due to having tight hamstrings. Could also be your psoas muscles. Well worth a visit to a physio or osteopath. Even a sports massage might help. Can be a little bit expensive but is well worth it if the pain subsides.
