Sometimes it is just impossible. For over a year, no matter what I do I'm 75kg (height; 1,72cm) and this never changed, I don't gain or lose weight, trainings, diet etc dont work out.

I guess this will be it my whole life.

Any similar experience?

Stop eating for a week and if you are still 75kg at the end of it go to the hospital sharpish for an explanation!

Cut out bread and milk entirely (particularly bread) for four months. Report back when four months is over.

Cutting out bread for good is impossible for me...I usually try to avoid but without any bread at all I never feel full after a meal...all because of the way I was raised, bread meat milk etc always there

Dietician Tod me four slices of brown bread a day and that it.....
Basicaly though eat most thing obviously I have to avoid sugar and high carbs, but she enthused that eat well it's about portion sizes as I stated habit you get used to it if it's not a drudge if it's a drug you just go back to normal bad habit eating...
