I look at our squad right now and all i see are mentally soft footballers.
Keane, Schneiderlin, Gylfi, Gomes, DCL, Walcott, Richarlison, Bernard and sad to say it now but also Coleman, all weak minded.
But as a football club we have spent the past decade signing players that havent been able to get a game elsewhere and that has built this losing mentality throughout the whole club.
Silva should never have been given the job in the 1st place, he has zero pedigree and yet we gave him the top job in arguably the biggest project in our history.
This should be exciting times to be a fan but with the current set up its impossible.
You look across the road and see what they pull out week in week out down to a completely different mentality and that comes from the boss. And Marco's not a boss.
