...it’s an exciting time buying your first house so good luck to you, Matey. Not certain which Grange Estate you mean, I think there’s a few of them. Indeed I think there’s one not too far from me in West Derby, the sooner you get yourself on the housing ladder the sooner you pay off the mortgage.

Yes and you pay it off only to find the council tax,and the water rates combined are dearer than your first mortgage paymentlol
