long shot : help finding an image

ive been looking for an original picture that was used on a rave flyer of a girls face coming through a green grid ......
this is the flyer ....

even the rave promoters cant find the original image it was taken from , so can anyone tell me .... who made it , who the girl is in it , whats it from and where can i find a copy of it without all the writing.

i know its a long shot , but if anyone has any ideas or recognises it , please please please let me know.

the face is off one of the first aid dummies for cpr.

I believe it was for originally for a rave called 'Resuscitate', all the squares and shiz were created by slamming it into some mesh.

Sorry, was way too easy, but I recall those flyers everywhere back in the day, I know that doesnt help like, just saying.

i need to re-create it , so if i cant find the original , i may have to do that .

all i know so far is it may have come from a film , a sci fi mag or a image bank book from the late 80s/early 90's.
the face might also might be bridgette neilsen . (what do you reckon ?)
we get all sorts on g.o.t so i was hoping a sci fi fan might recognise it.

If you havn't then, if you can get hold of one, there might be some copyright info on it.

use mrs nightbreed !! do it in reverse though and neon facepaint her mush as it's quicker than painting chicken wire.

yep ive got an original flyer but theres no copyright of image on it unfortunatly.
