Now , my Moysie , so i was led to believe is a Staffy crossed with a Labrador.
Recently I have been told rightly or wrongly he is a long legged Staff.

Yes his legs are longer than a usual Staffy and he is pure Black apart from the classic white chest of a Staff.

Now my question is...Is there such a breed as Long Legged Staffs or are they cross-breeds?.

Bored , so I have posted it on ere.

Does it really matter to you? not being arsey just asking. tell you what does make me laugh though is when people pay £5-600 on a labradoodle or a cockerpoo, ffs in my day when a dog was bred with a different breed it was called a mongrel and was £50-60. i got two terriers now jack russells with a bit of westie in em, barking mad (scuse the pun)

Nah mate....As I said i am bored and thought somebody in the world of G.OT. would be a font of all knowledge and know for sure.
I paid £100 for him when he was 6 mths old from the Birmingham Dogs Home...And I agree with your mongrel analogy.

See for me thats the way all dogs should be bought, go to a dogs home, give a donation usually about £100 and give a dog a second chance at a good life. i really dislike "breeders" the majority are all about the money and not the welfare of the dogs, [Poor language removed].

I'm no animal rights activist like but people who breed 'designer' dogs who can barely breathe need to be executed in front of their families.

It's probably just a Staffy. Staffy's used to be taller (leggier) and have been bred to be more compact.

Beautiful dogs, and probably more in line with what the dog should look like, and would have looked like in years gone by

Definitely a good idea to get a rescue dog, my bitch was a rescue although my boy is from a kennel
