Hi all,

Ive been a supporter since around 1985, when I watched Everton on TV and thought, "I need to support a football team", to be honest it would have been easier to support Chealsea or someother bull***t team as I was born in a place called Margate.

Margate is pretty much the other end of the country from Liverpool but as a 5 year old my geography was pretty terrible. My support for the Toggees has never waivered, not through distance, the 90's, or because of the stick Id take from every other football supporter.

Im so happy to finally see the club start to turn around. I feel a renewed love for the club and for once feel positive for the future. :)

Ill be getting as many away tickets as possible this season.

Take it easy and up the Toffees!

Ah I see, think it was my fat fingers on tiny mobile keys. : ( First post fail . haha.

Welcome Mate, Margate, is that were the Mods used to gather

Margate is basically the English riviera, if you like turds in your sea water and being stabbed in the evenings. They tell me its getting gentrified but you wont catch me down there. haha.

The first of the bandwagon blues.

Welcome....

Yeah I guess I would have been if Id know what it was to be on the band wagon. It was because they were on TV more back then, to be honest I had know idea Everton was even good then. It was just that I saw them. Its a pretty weak link but I have never changed and the club has grown on me ever since. I always used to tell my mates the season is all about the relagation battle. Its no fun just getting 15 points ahead and winning. Its the nail bighting end to the season when you have to draw at Spurs and see Leeds lose to stay up.

So you are saying it is like Marseille. Who knew the "English Riviera" and the French Riviera had so much in common. Twinned towns are they?
