HI all, i was reading this article and i thought: why is so hard to give reserve/young players on loan? or is a "club statement" that prefer to get them home more than send them to play elsewhere?

We should loan out some players. I think getting experience in the Championship is better than getting a run in the reserve sides. Also at Preston, the coaching couldn't be too much different than at Everton. Plus given that we have built this team with a bunch of Championship players it would be wise to keep good relations with them.

I see that Da Silva is on another loan spell with Barnsley. Makes me wonder if we just won't cash in at some point.
