Loan player rules

Is there a limit to how many loan players a prem side can field in the same eleven?

I ask because we could very easily include

Pienaar
Donovan
Straqua
Drenthe

against Wigan on Saturday.

You can only have two players on loan from the same PL club. I'm not sure if there are any other regulations, the squad size / home grown rules themselves set some limits to work with so I'm not sure if there are any additional ones.

4 players is the limit I think.

I think there is a limit to 4 from teams in the same league, but outside the prem it is unlimited

Their is a limit to the number of loans in an XI and on the bench I believe. At least there is in the football league

But a club can have as many loan players from abroad as they want and a maxium of two from other English clubs.
