I'm not 100% but I think there's at least a couple of buses go past till pretty late (around 11pm-12) heading back into the city centre as well.

12, 13, 15 & 18 busses all stop outside and are around 5 mins from town

Saw Father John Misty here a couple of years back. The sound was tremendous. The surrounding area is horrible but just stay in town, have a few drinks and then get taxis to and from.
