Not been out in Liverpool for years. Any
recommendations for a crowd for 30s.
What we want?
Best pubs to start with for food and beer then ended up in a club/bar with decent music with a dance floor plus cocktails but not overpriced tho. Will be bringing my friends who have never visited Liverpool.

Best place to start is the Lisbon mate.

Friendly and a great crowd.
 
....I like an afternoon session in town but my days of going of a night are well and truly over.

I would think you’d have to pay a decent amount for cocktails at any decent location in any major city. If I had visitors from outside the city i’d think I’d be looking for somewhere good and tell them they’ll have to pay for umbrella’s and cherries in their drink.

Superstar Boudoir is good for a few mate. Drink offers and friendly staff.

Opposite the Lisbon too which will make your night out easy and convenient obviously I'll assume you'll be starting there?
