Hi, i'm looking for a bit of help.

I'm a rangers season ticket holder and live in the scotland; however, i'll be in liverpool the weekend of the derby. I've always had a soft spot for Everton, most probably due to rangers connections going away back to walter smith and the scottish players he brought in. Now you have Weir, Naismith and Jelavic back at the club.

I was hoping to take in a game the weekend i was down; however, i realise the chances of that were reduced when i seen the fixture list.

Does anyone have any advice on the best way of trying to get a ticket for the game? i'm aware you need a purchase history to get tickets at the moment which i do not have.

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

Check out your local supporters club. Either that or you can pay £20 for a FOREVERTON membership which will let you get a ticket before they go on general sale.

not a chance.... i'm not going to pretend i'm a massive fan of any club in england but liverpool would be bottom of the pile... always hated them!

I was going to go to the Derby but found out that the club only let you buy 1 ticket per person, so the wife cant go.

Im based in Belfast so my only concern would be by the time the club send me the ticket, and i send it to Scotland that it might not get ontime.

Surely, it's one ticket per customer number? So, if you have two numbers you can buy them together? If your wife doesn't have purchase history, someone else who's not going might?

We only have 1 im afraid, the wife only goes to once or twice a season and i usually just get them. I could ask someone else to help me get a 2nd ticket, but its unlikely we will could get one beside eachother. Cheers anyway mate!

thank you very much for all the help guys. will try the ticket office etc, hopefully i'll be able to cheer on everton come the 28th oct.

If you get no joy on general sale then let me know and i might be able to get you my ticket. Cant guarantee anything, but let me know anyway.
