Sorry for making a post on this, but it's a genuine question.

I have an option to take my father in laws ticket for Tuesday as he won't be well enough to go. Not 100% where it is ( I know its high up)

Never been, to anfield before and just wonder if its a bad idea to sit in the liverpool end? I know it happens.

Obviously would keep my trap shut etc.. but would it be a real bad idea to wear my scarf etc.

What are other peoples experience / advice?

Oh yea sorry

Their stewards won't let you go in their end with our colours on mate.

There's always supporters from both sides sitting with each other and unless you act the goat you'll be sound. And if they kick off our away supporters'll just run on and **** them all anways.

Sit in their end and when we score jump up like a mad man....they are all pussies and from denmark anyway mate

Just go in with your Cahill 17 home shirt on, arms out stretched, turn round and face the kop, start bouncing around from side to side and repeat 'wot wot wot wot wot wot wot wot wot wot' etc etc.

Terrific banter that they will appreciate x

cant see you having any probs there mate, I've done it, as have many others

the worst thing is you'll be srrounded by gobsh!tes and have to listen to their drivel

I, however, can see us doing them in this one so I'd go for it

hope ya Dad gets well too

actual lolz at this!!

If a Kopite can sit in the Everton end at Goodison without getting filled in I'm sure you'll be fine the other way round.

I went in the upper centenary with my mate a couple of years ago. Wasn't decked out myself but there was a fellow blue a few seats down with an Everton shirt on. No problem from stewards or fans. Having said that, we didn't have anything to shout about.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. They're far bitterer than what they claim we are.

I've always sat in the Everton end, but from my vantage point I saw a couple of Blues chucked out of the Centenary stand for nothing last season, just because they were there wearing colours.

My advice to the original poster would be to go, but don't wear any colours. It's not worth the aggro. You might have got away with it 20-25 years ago, but not now.
