As a Dubliner you just got unlucky my dear friend and may you and your family have love, luck and happiness forever :)

It was good few years ago and England were playing (last game at Wembley i think, the Hamman goal) and I was wearing a replica top (*shamefacedsmiley*), so that probably didn't help. lol

Another time was watching oasis and someone tried to rob my ticket, another lad in the venue tried to punch me in the face and another guy spat at me! Awesome gig though.

Sorry about that mate, just unlucky I'd say, there are w*nkers everywhere including Dublin
Ours are generally friendly when they rob or spit though :)

Really, by friendly you mean of course I'll give you directions or something else

Of course.

What are you inferring?

No. In all seriousness, we North East lot pride ourselves on hospitality and friendliness. We talk to other people at bus stops, we smile at random people in the street during a Monday morning commute.

We're just...nice.

I think it's because we've all just accepted our lot in life and, as such, we've come to a shared understanding that we just won't make things worse for each other.
