Just received my tickets (I'm dragging the family along for the "Eurpean nights at Goodison Park" experience!) - 5 for the Top Balcony : Row A!
I don't know if that indicates the OP's concerns are merited or not.

Got my tickets. Me and me bro in the upper bullens, right on the halfway line. Hopefully get to see Fellaini show Moutinho what he could have had.

Yeah, another family in the supporters club are in the Upper Bullens & have also got front row seats. Apparently all the ticket allocations the supporters club have received for this match are very good.

Oh, for goodness sake, anyone who really wants to be at the game will be there.

I quite like the idea of the early kick off......I hate trooping out of Goodison at nearly ten at night and making my way home.

There wil be a 25,000 + crowd there after last night's bounce back.

We should have offered a buy one adult get an U16 half price/free offer with it being half term as soon as the early kick off was announced. I'm still sure we'll manage near 30k after yesterday's result.

just checked eticketing and looks like there are still lots available,

e.g lower gwladys (gt6 near the bullens) is only half full, lots if areas shaded green for very good availability.
