lille tickets help

Been trying for the last few days to get tics in lille end for game followed instructions off the Europa league thread on here I can get as far as paying for tics when I press confirm page goes grey can still see order then it's says confirm I press yes and it takes me back to credit card info has this happened to anyone else

I'd hold fire if I was you - with the allocation being announced at over 5K I think loads on here (me for one) will be trying to sell their home end tickets if successful in getting away end ones!

to me, I found that I could not do any other unblocked orders too.
Tested it with motorcycling event and other match (not till payment of course)
Maybe I made a mistake somewhere or my account is not good for some reason.
I also found this button stays grey, couldn't click Visa or Mastercard

I can't help you then;
I gave up with no success and came to the decision:
I will buy in Lille on matchday or day before, won't pay more than 20-25 euros.
Will take me a copy of seating plan, to see what area the tickets are for, that are on sale.
Don't buy in panic

Change the page so it is in French when you are trying to pay.....
I was doing it for hours and hours in English and getting really brassed off with it but as soon as a clicked pay in French it went straight through
