Now I know its like losing a limb, but who would you want if Moyes did leave.

Would you want someone linked to Everton, a foreign manager? Or another upcoming Davie Moyes?

Just for fun like, I don't want Moyes to leave - I liked what I saw from the last game and finally saw a blueprint for the future.

Personally I would like someone in the same mould, a young manager from the Championship.

If we regard the work Moyes does as more than just training the first team, and we also regard his general approach to this work as correct then we should be grooming his successor internally.

Bringing in people from outside seldom works, either from a business or footballing perspective.
