Seriously, if you react to every moron you're on a road to insanity. I can't think of any other pastime where people pay good money to spew utter hatred toward the thing they allegedly love. It's bizarre. And sadly, I've never been to a ground as toxic as ours.

Personally, I think the club are getting the mix just right.

You are right there mate, the atmosphere sometimes resembles a bear pit! Probably why they are so effective when they do decide to get behind the team! I will never forget the roar when Phil Neville snapped Ronaldo in half! All of a suddent the crowd came alive and the noise was deafening for the rest of the game. But mostly it is just bile and hatred! They arent often right, but the rs deffo got it right when they christened us the bitters!
