This is my interpretation (and since I've agreed with @tommye on a moderation issue, I expect my pink slip to be incoming)

Use in connection to a convicted (not alleged) pedophile would be reasonable as it would not be libelous.
@AndyC

Rafuh says we can call Glitter, Saville, etc nonce as they have been convicted of noncery but we (not me, I'm a good lad) cannot call unconvicted peados a nonce.

Would that be correct?

Nonce won't be added to our list of censored words.

It's not an offensive word in isolation.

Though, it's use can of course warrant a warning;

All down to context - as all moderation should be.

99/100, the warning is a simple discouragement of inappropriate use and is a;

Inappropriate Language: 5 points

Now...

Warning System
30 Points = Suspended for 2 Days.
60 points = Suspended For 7 Days.
80 points = Suspended For 14 Days.

Given the above won't change, there's no room for discussion so I'll close this.

I'll also make a list of one or two who think they're clever and perm ban them the next time I have any excuse.....
