We just need to get back to basics really, I like Baines but when he plays the balance is all wrong. Yobo, Jags and Lescott is the best combo, that's have we should play from now on.

I watched him virtually every game last season and his defending is excellent, one on one situations especially.

His best position is left back though, you get a rounded performance from him there, both attacking and defending.

Agreed.

He's just not gotten off to a good start this year for whatever reasons.
