My point is that everyone is getting excited about players like Elm , Gago , Sessignon , Banega and various others , but Youtube makes everyone look like world beaters .
I'm just thinking that some of the players we are looking to replace actually look better than those we are replacing them with if Youtube is anything to go by .

I don't know anything about Elm or Sessignon but I've certainly seen Ever Banega play. He could be a good player for us given time.

And Osman is a good player, he's just not a right winger.
