Osman is class when on form.
He's had to play an unsuitable role under Moyes, but he's certainly not sub standard, despite the critisism that has been passed on to him over the years.

He's still a good age too, so definitely worthy of keeping hold of. Some of our best goals have come from him, and he's much better central in my opinion.

This is all great feedback for Ossie- and yes he has done very well in a couple of big games for us. The reality is though he goes missing when we really need him- great when the teams playing well but hes never going to be one that takes the game by the scruff of the neck and drive the team on.

His lack of pace and strength means he is never going to be a top midfielder. He is a tricky customer that can score the odd goal and can play the short pass. With players like Arteta, Fellaini, Rodders and even Heitinga I dont think he will get a sniff in teh centre.

That said, I really do take my hat off to him in his recent spell- I hope he sees it through to the end of the season.
