Well, I'm pro Kirkby, but even I know that when its dead, its, well, dead. If there was a chance of a revival, I think i'd be joining Davek's growing band of miscreants. (y)

I don't want to move admittedly, but out of the two considered proposals, i'd have rather gone the kings docks, stadium designs looked boss too

Totally agree with that, everytime im in town and I see the echo arena, I just think, "That should be where our stadium is".

I think this article with Terry Leah is more about Tesco still redeveloping Kirkby, without a new stadium for Everton, but they are not ruling out a stadium. However it has already been rejected by central government so what would be the point of resubmitting the same plan again? Surely it would just be rejected again?
