So, Phil Jagielka is club captain having taken over from Phil (pointer/ronaldo tackle)Neville after the Wigan game.

The defensive areas have some other characters, Howard, Distin and Fellaini who are either vocal or can stamp their mark on a game.

In the attacking midfield and forward positions there doesnt seem to be anyone with any drive to push the players around them.

Surely Martinez should be looking at someone with the right leadership attributes to bring into the side?

One can only hope. Who knows how much cash Martinez has to spend though, limits the possibilities.
