LEADERSHIP

Does anyone know what Ferguson does, ? Serious question.
I remember when we had Lyons & Darricot (known at the time as Snitch & Snatch, and they were a bit useless, and that was also jobs for the boys, think we need a cull.

TBH mate, no-one does - however I dont think thats worth getting into right now. Thought I do think he has done some decent work with the strikers, and rumours of him being shut down and excluded form giving talks and instructions are interesting - even moreso that @Eggs mentions him and Unsworth are falling out.

The new manager (if we ever get one) can cull the lot of the beauts if am honest and bring his own team in.

Divisions in the boardroom, divisions amongst the players, divisions amongst the supporter base.

There is a legacy here. A legacy of failure. And that is ultimately what we are all enduring, but somewhere, somehow, somebody has to stop kicking the can down the road and stand up and be counted.

Who knows if it's Moshri who holds the reins, my suspicion is that he's in it for the dock development. Who know's at this stage? But we all know it's goin' to [Poor language removed].

Thing is, if leadership isn't shown from the top down, we're gettin' feckin' relegated. As supporters, we demand more. First up, accountability, from the club and the local press. There is a huge supporter base that is basically saying. What the hell is going on? It's completely unacceptable. I'm not advocating a call to arms but instead a call to awareness.

Enough is enough. Who is exactly running this club and where are we heading. If these questions aren't conclusively answered this week. There is going to be a winter of discontent.

If for one minute the board may think an away to Stoke on a cold January night is tough to turn up for, wait till they hear 40,000 Everton supporters baying for blood and even if it's 17000, it's a sight to behold. I was there and yes. I hurled my cushion and proud of it.

Nil satis nisi optimum.

No they do not but Jags, Williams and Baines started their downward spiral like two seasons ago.

Yes no doubt. All 3 are not up to scratch anymore. Its not overnight. They were finished a year or 2 ago. They were on a downward spiral 2 seasons before that.

Baines refuses to go out and stop crosses and teams target that.

Jags is physically weak for a modern center half. No pace. Should never in a million years be captain

Williams came with a rep of being a solid defender but didnt do the bizz and with the other 2 beside him looks the worst of the 3.

Kenny is an average right back who was thrown to the lions due to colemans injury.

So the 4 are not capable and the reality is we need 4 new starting defenders .

Here's the thing, you think that suddenly our whole back four have become incompetent over night? It's ridiculous. Established internationals. Give me a break.

For a kick off, stop letting crosses in, that's basic. Nevermind basic marking. How many times have we conceded cause no-one put a challenge in? And how can you play an off- side trap when your defenders line up like they are defending the leaning tower of Piza? The back line is as crooked as an Alladyce bung. They are professional footballers. There is no excuse.

Bottom line is this, the players are picking up their wages until a new manager comes in. And until that changes, frankly they don't give a damn.

Unsworth was given a bum hand and until someone steps up and takes responsibility for this mess. in other words, leadership from the top, it's going to carry on being a s***show/Farce.
