Once a blue always a....
What is lacking is LEADERSHIP
Leadership from the top initially ....

Moshiri isn’t being strong enough with the board

The board are and always have been led by a well intentioned starry eyed luvvie who has no experience if leading in a crisis

The interim manager hasn’t been told what is going on so he is managing in limbic (emotionally rather than logic driven ) mode and us this not making reasonable sensible decisions .... tell him clearly the plan please let the guy out of his tortured delusion

The captain us not leading on the field he can’t keep his place for much longer .. a spent force ... the team do not look to him for leadership ... they look at him hoping he can last 90 without too many FCK ups

The one player with the knowledge and experience who could have showed the required leadership to at least hold us together on the field against Southampton was on the bench (Rooney)

without leadership at any level any team will eventually flounder and lose confidence

Everton currently lack leadership AT EVERY LEVEL AND iT NEEDS TO START AT THE TOP

Flip it Me Moshiri it is actually in your hands
Sack the board
Appoint a strong leader for manager
This will change for the better as rapidly as it fell apart after Koeman lost interest .

This squad is good and deep enough to easily rise up the table given leadership and organisation ....

Good players don’t go bad overnight they lose confidence through being poorly led poorly deployed and poorly motivated

No they do not but Jags, Williams and Baines started their downward spiral like two seasons ago.

So where should I buy tickets to watch the Roonster in the MLS next year?

I also want to know when to hide my grandma if he comes to town.

Williams is captain of Wales, Jags an England international as is Baines. Regardless of their form I didn't see any communication on the pitch. It's like they are all treading on egg shells. I remember Bruce, Pallester and Schmiecel near coming to blows when things weren't going well. Could you imagine Dave Watson shrinking like that yesterday. If these are our role models for our younger players then we haven't got a hope in hell. It shows me how important Coleman and Funes Mori were to our defence last season. Things went quickly downhill at the end of last season when we lost him but I thought it was because of it been end of season. Clearly it wasn't.

There is no leadership at the club, no direction and no heart.

This should be set from the top down, however the indecision over quite a few things has spilled into the playing squad and it all needs sorting.

The fact that it seems everyone is fighting and falling out at the club says it all.

Does anyone know what Ferguson does, ? Serious question.
I remember when we had Lyons & Darricot (known at the time as Snitch & Snatch, and they were a bit useless, and that was also jobs for the boys, think we need a cull.
