We dont have any. That wouldn't have just happened if we did, 2-0 up 15 minutes left with 10 men and we start bombing forward and playing end to end, asking for trouble. No game management at all, our individual talent and depth in the squad is sound but you need some grit and a winning mentality to go with it, we have neither.

When your manager takes off a defensive winger for a striker when you're down to 10 men; you can have all the leaders in the world but they cannot stop the onslaught of crosses.

Its an averages game, sooner or later the're making contact and scoring
3 goals in 10 minutes doesn't suggest that, its suggests we've crumbled at home again and our lack of defensive organisation and game management has cost us points, this will keep on happening

Only close to a leader at the club is dunc. No one on the pitch, and not Martinez. Don't know why, really don't. Think of the leaders we've had down the yrs.
Even just in last decade :- Cahill, Stubbs, Neville, Martyn, Gravesen,
Carsley, early Howard.
Now team too quiet despite experience of Barry, Jags.
I really think team doesn't have enuff internal demand/criticism

A weak manager breeds weakness in the players.
Today was not a one off its quite normal for us to bottle it and fall to pieces
Wigan were weak when he was in charge
