well, After a great start we are now looking awful. For me it all started with the Norwich match which seemed to divide opinion on it's importance. Momentum and confidence are a big part of winning football matches and i feel we lost a chunk of both that evening. What I feel we are lacking is a leader, Someone to grab the club by the scruff of the neck and put people in their place when required. Jags is past it now and for me never been a leader (Although a great signing and defender over the years). Baines as vice captain is pretty much the same. When we signed Williams I thought he would naturally be the new leader but not the captain but he seems scared of stepping on Jags' toes and you could see yesterday they were both getting angry at some points during the game. Over the last 30 years or so we have had some great captains, Some of them not the best players but leaders on and off the pitch. We need a voice, Someone to get the crowd going with a crunching tackle or a gesture to the fans. I don't [Poor language removed] know blues I guess I'm just venting as we have had 2 or 3 performances where I look to the dugout to see if Ron is wearing brown shoes.....Window has to be a million times better than the summer one.
