LCAB's sermons should be required reading for anyone signing up here or for anyone new to the club. They were brilliant. Gonna ask for this for Xmas. Will probably buy if for a few, too.

The guy had bags of writing talent and an unparalleled knowledge of our beloved club. His writing style, however, screamed out "look at me!" And I've not forgotten his snappy insistence that it was acceptable to call King Kenny "The Homosexual." Sorry, mate, NOT acceptable to imply that being gay is a bad thing, and yes, I do remember the chant. You need to get over that one.

Is the book written in LCAB style or properly? I'd be keen to read it as long as it's about its subject matter and not its writer.

Seriously though, well done to the Lid, I used to enjoy reading the sermons on here.
