and they pay this guy to give predictions???

We need to use NFL to Football conversion. 7 points for an actual score. 3 for a field goal. That comes up to 2.5-0. We can round it to 3-0!

You can imagine him sighing as he reels off his disinterested, droopy-eyed predictions, arms slung over the back of the sofa. The man can't be bothered with anything, which might be forgivable if he'd ever offered an ounce of insight.

He's like Alan Green. You just can't understand why he's got a job.

Id like to think that he sees Sharp flicking that ball past him every time he closes his eyes.

Well then...

Up until the last few weeks he has given every Man U home fixture 2-0 going back years.
There might be some logic to that actually. Predicting an actual score (v. just picking the winner) is just luck. 2-0 may well be the most common result for United at home (well ... historically) so just pick it every week and you'll likely do better than trying to pick a new scoreline each week.

That said he's clearly a massive bell ... just saying that part might not be all that crazy.

Yeah he seems to predict the same scorelines again and again,

Always goes for a 1-1 in the big games.

Who really cares though?
