Literally one second left on the clock was all that was needed - Taikwondo defeat for GB’s Lutalo Muhammad Rio 2016. In his tearful post final interview he could barley speak. "I was a second from being Olympic champion and accomplishing my dream," .....gulp.

I’ll always remember Vellios fondly for that bike. One of those players that might have been decent had he possessed any athletic ability whatsoever.
