I know this may sound stupid but i think the 3-3 draw with Man U ended up having the opposite effect, the reason i say this is because it went from "What a fantastic come back" to " ******* hell ref why the hell you blowing the whistle we could of won" and then it seemed more like a lose then an amazing come back an all the papers and us went on about was the ref blowing up. An that took away from the fact we were dead and buried to a team that got a point.

Rether then being a catalisic to start our season it was more of an annoys that the ref robbed us of a win

What do you guys think an i just being stupid?

Nah...we're just an easy side to beat/disrupt.

You're organised at the back, solid in the tackle, have a feller who can score, decent on the counter, and stop the left side...you've basically 90% there to get points from Everton FC.

And they don't even need to play a left back as our right side is capable of NOTHING.

Yes.
But some of my best friends are frequently stupid.
And I'm a past master at being stupid

Seriously now, I didn't see the match yesterday but obviously it all went horribly wrong and we're all frantically looking for explanations. Don't know but I've been watching this team for over 30 years, and I've seen them go from the sublime to the rediculous, and vice versa, so many times it's frankly, well, rediculous.

He didnt play against united.
