Casa Italia

Meatballs in tomato sauce starter.
Tortellini alla Pana main.
Bruschetta bread side.

Nice and warm - very weird but good atmosphere. Surprisingly, considering I think these are a chain, it felt like I was down a New York side street. Very 'authentic' (although the ones in New York probably aren't). Quite cheap, too. Meatballs were a bit average but the Tortellini alla Panna was boss. Dead creamy with lots of meat and chicken.

7.5/10.

Tanraogan. Last week.

crab toasties
Whole seabass in lime, chilli and ginger
Thrice cooked chips

Couple of bottles of fizz.

Wife had crab, then lobster, finishing with a chocolate pudding thing.

Excellent. One of the best restaurants on the isle of man.

La Cantina
-------------

Specialises in Tapas and is awesome. White Asparagus FFS!!

8.5/10

Subway in Stockport

Got a Foot long sub, Honey Oat bread, with Mango chicken filling and all the salad except jalapeno peppers

Additional fun note
I've noticed this from visiting the subway in Liverpool on match days. Instead of asking for Wheat bread, all the scousers just ask for "brown". Makes sense I suppose, just odd to my Stopfordian ears
