Quick restart? The boys were just getting down to the vinegar strokes, and then it was cigars all round, and perhaps a post gang rape butty. You can't take a quick restart when all the players are giving young Gosling the standard initiation.

I was watching from a hotel room in Birmingham and it briefly went off a minute or so before the goal. I was turning the air blue with anger when it came back on and I saw the goal go in - live.
