Was he on a one year deal? If so is it being extended? I like him, similar mould to Baines and deserves a chance imo.

Although our views are fairly limited given the lack of playing time he has had, I would say we should say thanks but no thanks - unless he can accept that he isn't going to be starting the majority of games.

He has never commanded a transfer fee in his career and has only started an average of 19 games per season throughout his career.

I say stick with Hibbert with young Seamus Coleman in reserve.
